Afternoon Colourists, ages 8-12

$20 one session / $100 all week

 

Afternoon colourist sessions last two hours. Parents and carers are welcome to stay and participate if they would like to. 

What does it cost?

 

We wish we could offer these workshops for free, but we ask for fees to cover the cost of labour, materials and space rental. We apologise that we do not have eftpos facilities available, and ask that you please pay cash and bring workshop payment in full at the beginning of the first session, in a named envelope. We encourage kids to attend for the whole six days as the workshops culminate in an artwork which everyone has contributed to over the course of each session. We want kids to get the most out of their involvement in this process.

 

Workshops are available in two sessions every day, separated by age. Ages 4-7 each morning from 10-11am, and ages 8-12 in the afternoons from 2-4pm. All materials are provided. We won't be working with paints, so don't worry about it being too messy.

 

At the completion of the workshops, we hope to leave the installation up for a day so it can be appreciated and admired! Children are then welcome to take away the parts they have made and contributed.
