Vanessa Crowe

Vanessa Crowe's works explore the messy in-between bits of everyday life, piecing together details of such into patchwork-like photographic installations.

Kerry Ann Lee's art explores cultural intersections occurring in the space between private moments and public locations. With a background in graphic arts, she creates work that is both expressive and socially engaged by playfully investigating issues of identity and hybrid cultural formations through hand-made processes.

Meet the Artists

One of the unique parts of these workshops is the opportunity for kids to connect directly with artists. Workshops will be co-led by leading Wellington artists, including one who now lives in Melbourne. This means that kids can learn with and from the artists - what they make, why and what the process is to get there. Below is our stellar lineup of guest artists.

Gabby O Connor

Gabby O Connor studied in Australia, but has been based in Wellington for the past 13 years. She has worked in textiles and theatre collaboration, as well as teaching kids and adults how to make stuff and work through projects and ideas.
